• NQF 6 qualification in IT or related
• 2 – 3 years IT experience
• Detailed understanding of IT systems
• Experience with multiple business systems outside of ERP, such as mining or plant processing will be beneficial
• Experience in databases and detailed understanding of tables structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intranet updates – content management and basic maintenance.
• Sharepoint administration and management.
• Data analytics support.
• Service desk support.
• Attend to systems queries.
• Assist with development of dashboards in Power BI.
• Provide assistance to third party service providers on IT services
