Key Responsibilities
– Oversee daily kitchen and service operations
– Manage and lead front & back-of-house teams
– Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
– Stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination
– Staff scheduling, training, and performance management
– Handle customer queries and ensure excellent guest experiences
– Monitor costs, wastage, and profitability
– Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements
