About the Role
As a Marketing Manager at Communicate Finance, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive business objectives. You will be responsible for creating integrated marketing communications plans with a strong focus on ATL channels (TV, radio, print, outdoor), managing end-to-end campaign execution, and collaborating closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
- Create integrated marketing communications plans with a strong focus on ATL channels (TV, radio, print, outdoor)
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including budget, timeline, and resource coordination
- Conduct market research and develop detailed customer personas for B2B, B2C, and C2C segments
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools
- Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximise impact
- Lead, mentor, and inspire junior team members to foster a high-performance culture
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into marketing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, with exposure to B2B, B2C, and/or C2C environments
- Proven track record in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns with ATL focus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership abilities
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer segmentation strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, and social media
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
