- Experience working in an FMCG warehouse or cold storage environment.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and work in low-temperature conditions.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.

- Load and unload FMCG products in a cold storage environment.
- Ensure all items are handled carefully and stored correctly.
- Assist with stock control and inventory management.
- Follow health and safety regulations for handling perishable goods.
- Work efficiently to meet loading and distribution schedules.
