About the Role

We are seeking a Lodge Anchor to join our team on a live-in basis at one of our lodges in South Africa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm and welcoming service to guests
Assist with various lodge operations, including front desk duties and housekeeping
Work independently and as part of a small team to achieve daily goals
Participate in irregular hours, including weekends and evenings
Maintain a comfortable and clean environment for guests

Requirements

Hospitality experience (lodge or hotel experience preferred)
Well-spoken, well-presented, and guest-focused
Comfortable working irregular hours, including weekends and evenings
Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Salary & Benefits

Shared staff accommodation on the reserve (with two other staff members)

No dependants are required for this position due to shared staff accommodation.
