Lodge Anchor Luxury Safari Lodge | Sabi Sands Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and dedicated Lodge Anchor to join a world-class luxury safari lodge in the iconic Sabi Sands Reserve. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional passionate about guest experiences, operational excellence, and leadership in a five-star bush environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end lodge or luxury hotel environment Strong food & beverage knowledge Excellent communication, leadership, and hosting skills Eye for detail and ability to deliver personalised guest experiences Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Comfortable living in a remote bush setting with flexible working hours Knowledge of reservations systems and general administration is an advantage Responsibilities: Support the Lodge Manager with daily lodge operations Act as a point of contact for guests, managing requests, feedback, and queries professionally Assist with front-of-house duties, including reservations, hosting, and guest check-ins/check-outs Maintain interdepartmental communication and uphold high service standards Assist with staff coordination, motivation, and general lodge management as needed Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and personalised safari experience Package: Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience Live-in accommodation provided Work in a luxury lodge within the renowned Sabi Sands Reserve Opportunities for growth and long-term career development in luxury hospitality To Apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, and qualifications today Please note: Due to high application volumes, only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted.
