Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Anchor & Maintenance Manager Couple to join a luxury game lodge in the renowned Sabi Sands. This is a rare opportunity for a couple who thrive in a remote bush environment and are passionate about hospitality, operations, and conservation. ? Salary: R30,000 R35,000 combined per month (negotiable DOE) ? Live-in position Lodge Anchor Responsibilities: Oversee and support daily lodge operations Assist with guest relations, ensuring exceptional service Support the General Manager and act as second-in-command when required Maintain high standards across housekeeping, F&B, and front-of-house Host guests during meals and lodge activities Provide administrative support, including stock control and ordering Maintenance Manager Responsibilities: Manage all maintenance tasks and preventative schedules Oversee lodge infrastructure: plumbing, electrics, vehicles, and generators Coordinate with external service providers as needed Ensure health and safety compliance across the property Maintain tools, workshop, and technical equipment Requirements: Previous experience in a similar couples role in a high-end lodge environment Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and guest relations abilities Technical knowledge in plumbing, electrics, mechanics, and general maintenance Ability to live and work in a remote bush setting Genuine passion for hospitality and conservation This is a fantastic chance for a motivated, hands-on couple to grow their careers in one of South Africas most prestigious safari destinations. ?
