? Overview:
This role offers an extraordinary opportunity to join an established luxury safari operation within Kruger National Park. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to ensure financial robustness and strategic oversight, reinforcing the prestige and performance of our conservation-focused lodge portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations including recordkeeping, financial reporting, audits, and compliance standards

• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and manage budgets

• Analyze variances, costs, and revenue trends to advise senior management

• Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate across departments to embed financial discipline and fiscal strategy

• Support strategic initiatives linked to sustainability and luxury operations, in line with hospitality industry best practices Zoom Tanzania+3Singita+3Singita+3

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate essential; Finance or Accounting tertiary qualification highly preferred

• 4+ years in a senior finance role within luxury hospitalityat a lodge or safari camp environment

• Expertise in budgeting, reporting, tax, audit, and financial analytics

• Strong leadership, financial literacy, and communication skills (able to explain complex financials clearly)

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; familiarity with accounting systems such as Sage, Opera, or similar is advantageous

• Willingness to reside on-site for seamless integration into lodge operations

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: R26,000 per month (live-in accommodation included)
