Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Lodge Management Couple to take the reins at a prestigious luxury safari lodge in the breathtaking Greater Kruger region. This is an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in the wild beauty of Africa while leading operations at a high-end lodge renowned for its romantic atmosphere, exceptional service, and unforgettable guest experiences.
The Adventure:
From the crackle of the morning fire to the last sip of sundowner champagne, youll be at the heart of it all managing a passionate team, delivering impeccable guest service, and ensuring every detail runs like clockwork. Youll oversee daily lodge operations, staff management, budgeting, guest relations, and maintenance, all while keeping service standards at the absolute highest level.
Youll need to bring:
* Solid lodge management experience (minimum 5 years in a luxury safari setting)
* Exceptional people skills with a hands-on, approachable style
* Proven staff leadership and operational management expertise
* Familiarity with the Greater Kruger / Sabi Sands area (advantageous)
* Organisational superpowers and the ability to multitask under pressure
* A love of the bush and a passion for delivering world-class experiences
* Valid drivers licences (both applicants)
* South African citizenship or valid work permit
