Lodge Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) Luxury Lodge Salary: R28,000 Negotiable DOE | Live-in Contract: Immediate Start – 30 June 2026 Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager for a luxury lodge on a fixed-term contract. This position requires a highly organised, guest-focused individual who can manage daily lodge operations, lead the team, and maintain exceptional service standards throughout the contract period. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all lodge operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running • Manage and support staff across all departments • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally • Oversee housekeeping, F&B, front of house, and maintenance coordination • Ensure financial controls, stock management, and reporting requirements are met • Uphold company standards, policies, and service excellence • Assist with staff training and development where required Requirements: • Previous experience in lodge or hospitality management • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple departments effectively • High guest service standards and a professional approach • Willingness to live on-site for the duration of the contract • Ability to start immediately Candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply.
