Area/Location: Stormsvlei, Western Cape About the Position A well-established operation in the Stormsvlei area is seeking an experienced and motivated Management Couple to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. This role requires a dynamic team with strong leadership, organisational skills, and a hands-on approach to management. Key Responsibilities · Management Partner 1 (Operations / Maintenance / Grounds): · Oversee daily operations and staff supervision · Manage maintenance of buildings, vehicles, and equipment · Grounds, infrastructure, and general property management · Health & safety compliance · Stock control and supplier liaison · Management Partner 2 (Administration / Hospitality / Finance): · Handle administrative duties and record-keeping · Manage bookings, guest relations, and hospitality services (if applicable) · Staff scheduling and payroll assistance · Basic financial management and reporting · Purchasing and inventory control Minimum Requirements · Proven experience as a management couple or in similar roles · Strong leadership and staff management skills · Good organisational and problem-solving abilities · Computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, basic accounting) · Ability to work independently and as a team · Sober habits and excellent references
