Job Description

MINIMUM REQIREMENTS Matric (Grade 12) Relevant admin or operations experience (maintenance/workshop advantageous) Experience with stock control, records, and basic computer systems Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Detail-oriented and well organised Team-focused and accountable Strong problem-solving skills Committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO Capture and maintain accurate maintenance records, job cards, and task lists Manage tools, inventory, spare parts, stock takes, and ordering Ensure high equipment uptime and availability for production Process supplier quotes, deliveries, and system updates Support meetings, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, health, and safety standards Communicate stock levels, compliance issues, and maintenance updates effectively Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and a positive work ethic ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
