Management Couple | Private Game Reserve | Hoedspruit Salary: Negotiable based on experience Position: Live-In Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Couple to join a prestigious private game reserve in Hoedspruit. This exceptional opportunity is ideal for two highly motivated individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality experiences. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: Warm; engaging personalities with a strong focus on guest-facing excellence Genuine passion for hosting, organising, and delivering exceptional service Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff Previous experience in high-end hospitality management, ideally within 5-star establishments Ability to work independently and take a hands-on approach to operations Flexible; adaptable, and receptive to new ideas Strong organisational skills, including resource allocation, implementing control systems, and effective delegation Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, costing, presentation, and wine knowledge Experience overseeing maintenance and operational workflows Live-in availability with commitment to life on a game reserve Basic knowledge of local fauna and flora is advantageous Minimum Experience: At least 8 years relevant hospitality experience, or a diploma from a recognised hotel school Extensive experience in Food & Beverage operations Required skills and experience may be shared between the couple This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned hospitality couple to take a leadership role in a luxury game reserve, ensuring operational excellence and the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
