My client, a well-known and established company based in Saldanha is looking for a motivated, energetic and dynamic individual to assume the position as Mate Grade 2 Responsible for activities onboard a fishing trawler Involving keeping a navigational watch, fishing, safety quality, cost control and HR Funcions. Job Purpose: To assist with the management and control all aspects of the vessels operation and planning associated with the safe and efficient running of the vessel and crew. JOB DIMENSION (What is the scope of the role) Safety & Compliance with Legal Authorities Vessel Husbandry Fishing Performance Quality Must be criminal clear Cost Control HR functions
