This is an exciting opportunity for an operations professional who thrives in the dynamic hospitality and hotel/lodge environment. The successful candidate will provide structured support across multiple properties, working closely with senior leadership to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and the seamless delivery of high standards throughout the group. The position is in-office and based in Cape Town, with some travel required, and reports directly to the CEO. Requirements – Proven operations experience in the hospitality, hotel, or lodge sector. – Must be based in Cape Town; this is an in-office role with travel to various properties. – Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with a strong attention to detail. – Ability to support compliance, reporting, and operational follow-through across multiple properties. – Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, General Managers, and cross-functional teams. – Experience in supporting financial, marketing, and quality assurance processes is advantageous. – Disciplined, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Package – Salary: R30 000 per month Start Date: ASAP
