About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Germiston, Gauteng. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and document filing
- Invoicing and printing delivery notes
- Capturing and maintaining accurate Excel records
- Recording casual labour attendance
- Capturing and tracking staff overtime hours
- Preparing documentation for the accountant
- Email correspondence via Outlook
- Occasional collection of documents from the accounting firm (within a 5 km radius)
Requirements
- Minimum High School qualification (higher qualification advantageous)
- At least 1 year administrative experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (capturing, tracking, basic formulas)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, and PDF handling
- Basic bookkeeping experience and ability to work with an external accountant
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
- Fluent in English
