Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration tasks
- Support finance, HR, logistics, purchasing, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day office operations
- Ensure the U.S. team is organized, compliant, and fully supported
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Teams, QuickBooks, HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
