Position Summary:
The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the ODIN USA office and serves as the operational backbone of the team. This role supports finance, HR administration, logistics, purchasing, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day office operations. The Office Manager ensures that the U.S. team is organized, compliant, and fully supported.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Teams, QuickBooks, HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- High reliability, initiative, and strong follow-through
