About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at a luxury chocolate boutique in Dubai. As part of our operations, we manage two upscale cafés and chocolate boutiques, each with 15–20 team members. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and team development skills, with experience in managing multiple outlets and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of two upscale cafés and chocolate boutiques
Lead and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service and brand standards
Manage staffing, training, and performance across both locations
Monitor financial performance, inventory, and cost controls
Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of management experience in the UAE
Currently in a similar role: Multi-Unit Manager, Operations Manager, or Operations Director
Preferably UAE-based and available for in-person interviews
Experience in luxury hospitality or chocolate retail is a plus
