About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Corporate Learning Facilitator to lead engaging live online sessions for corporate short courses, supporting learners as they complete their self-paced edX coursework. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, allowing you to build facilitation experience while sharing your expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live, interactive virtual sessions aligned with course content
- Review or attend courses in advance or at short notice
- Provide basic guidance and simplified explanations of key concepts
- Encourage learner participation, discussion, and practical application
Requirements
- Holders of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree
- Industry professionals, subject-matter experts, or researchers
- Strong English communication skills
- Confident facilitators who enjoy leading discussions and clarifying concepts
Qualifications
- Prior facilitation or training experience is preferred but not essential
- No prior teaching experience required
