About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Corporate Learning Facilitator to lead engaging live online sessions for corporate short courses, supporting learners as they complete their self-paced edX coursework. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, allowing you to build facilitation experience while sharing your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live, interactive virtual sessions aligned with course content
  • Review or attend courses in advance or at short notice
  • Provide basic guidance and simplified explanations of key concepts
  • Encourage learner participation, discussion, and practical application

Requirements

  • Holders of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree
  • Industry professionals, subject-matter experts, or researchers
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Confident facilitators who enjoy leading discussions and clarifying concepts

Qualifications

  • Prior facilitation or training experience is preferred but not essential
  • No prior teaching experience required
