Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods to a high standard Develop and standardise recipes and production processes Train and mentor kitchen staff in pastry preparation techniques Ensure quality control, consistency, and presentation standards Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen compliance standards Assist with stock control and ingredient management Minimum Requirements: Relevant Pastry Chef qualification Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dessert production, and presentation Previous experience in staff training and mentoring will be advantageous Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong organisational and leadership skills Contract Details: Duration: 2 Months (Fixed-Term Contract) Start Date: As soon as possible Remuneration: Market related (based on experience) If you are a passionate pastry professional who enjoys sharing your skills and developing others, we would love to hear from you.
