ProStaffSelect are in search of a SENIOR PASTRY CDP for the production of all desserts, artisan breads and pastries and to oversee run the the pastry section during service. Function prep is also required and serviced from the the same kitchen. REQUIREMENTS: Formal pastry cheffing qualification At least 4 years experience in a FAST-PACED fine dining / 5-star hotel kitchen Strong knowledge and skill working with a wide range of desserts, artisan breads, confectioneries and pastries Excellent plating skills and refined attention to detail Able to collaborate with other team members for EFFICIENCY & SPEED Effective communication skills in ENGLISH OWN TRANSPORT is essential as no staff transport is provided
