Support menu development and creative presentation of desserts and baked items. Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail in all pastry and dessert offerings. Collaborate effectively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations. Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management of pastry ingredients. Candidate Requirements Formal culinary training or relevant qualification in pastry or baking. Previous experience in a luxury hotel, lodge, or high-end restaurant pastry department preferred.
