Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- A degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
- Experience in payroll processing and systems.
- Knowledge of tax and labor laws related to payroll.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Process and verify payroll for all company employees.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll documentation and audits.
