We are seeking a People (HR) Intern to provide HR compliance and administrative support while gaining practical exposure across the full employment life cycle in a luxury hospitality environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to learn all facets of HR. Key responsibilities: Compile starter packs for new employees and input records into the HR system Assist with payroll submissions and HR-related staff inquiries Post job advertisements, screen CVs, and organize interviews Support personnel administration and employee information management Assist with office management, training bookings, company events, and BBBEE administration Support all HR generalist duties and employment life cycle tasks Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric certificate essential Diploma in Human Resource Management essential Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent interpersonal, organisation, and administration skills Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, reliable, and punctual Ability to maintain strict confidentiality If no response is received within 10 business days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
