• Oversee and control the full production process
• Mix, process, and package raw materials
• Monitor product and process quality and record data
• Troubleshoot faults and perform minor maintenance
• Support and guide fellow operators
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

 
What we are looking for

• Experience as a Process Operator in the food industry (dairy or sauces advantageous)
• Strong technical insight and high sense of responsibility
• Proactive, hands-on, and a team player
• VAPRO B or a technical qualification at MBO Level 3 or 4 preferred
• Comfortable working with production systems and Microsoft Office
• Willing to work in a two-shift system
