Our client, in the Credit industry, has an exciting opportunity available in their Product Portfolio Department for a Product Manager.

The Product Managers responsibility is to bridge the gap between cross-functional teams, guiding product development, and optimizing the product lifecycle from conception through to market success.

The Product Managers goal is to create innovative, user-centric solutions that drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Performance Areas

• Develop and Implement Vision, Goals and Measurement (Collaborative Process)
• Manages the Product Line (Including Backlog)
• Risk Mitigation
• Manage and Lead Business Analyst Team
• Stakeholder Management

Requirements

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT or Business Administration
• Certified Product Owner (CPO) Highly beneficial

Experience

• Minimum 5-years in a leadership role, plus 5 years previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience of software development processes and technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
