About the Role

Youll own the end-to-end product lifecycle of a US-market health & wellness app, built by a high-impact startup using AI and face-scanning tech to personalise care. From product vision to delivery, youll shape strategy, guide UX, and lead cross-functional teams in shipping a world-class product.

What Youll Do

• Define and execute a clear product roadmap aligned with strategic goals

• Translate vision into detailed user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria

• Prioritise and manage backlog across dev teams (SA & India)

• Drive UX excellence through iterative testing and user feedback

• Partner with design and engineering to deliver flawless mobile experiences

• Provide technical input on architecture and scalability

• Track market trends and emerging tech in health and AI

• Collaborate directly with C-level founders (CEO + CTO)

What You Bring

• 5+ years in product ownership or management for mobile apps (iOS preferred)

• Proven success launching consumer tech or wellness products

• Experience with AI-powered platforms, ML, LLMs, or health analytics

• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and agile practices

• Excellent UI/UX intuition and a data-driven mindset

• Hands-on startup experience and cross-functional collaboration

• Based in South Africa with ability to align across time zones

• Confident communicator who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment
