Responsibilities:

Conduct property valuations , including market research and cost assessments. Perform site inspections to analyze property conditions. Gather and review planning data, permits, and regulatory requirements . Prepare valuation reports and project documentation . Assist in compiling research and project-related data for architectural works. Collaborate with clients and professional teams to determine project needs. Identify potential issues and contribute to risk mitigation strategies . Ensure compliance with local regulations, construction standards, and planning guidelines . Maintain accurate progress reports and project schedules . What Were Looking For: A degree in Architecture, Real Estate, or Property Valuation (a Masters is an asset). At least two years of experience in property valuations. Knowledge of local planning policies and regulations . Strong analytical and decision-making skills . Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus. A valid driving license to conduct property inspections. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team .
