Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily pulp mill operations to achieve production and quality targets.
• Lead, guide, and develop a team of operators and shift personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor process performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Prepare production reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• National Diploma/Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pulp/paper manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of pulp mill processes and production systems.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office, production reporting systems).
• Willingness to work shifts and be on standby if required.
