Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Interpret and report on medical imaging results to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of imaging findings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of radiology advancements and best practices. Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the radiology department. Provide guidance and support to radiologic technologists and other staff. Employment requirements Holds a Master of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences from a South African medical school that is recognized by the World Directory of Medical Schools. HPCSA – Certificate of Good Standing; and Certificate of Registration as a medical practitioner. English as a first language. 2-3 years experience as a radiologist.
