About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and professional Reception Manager for a luxury safari lodge located in the Greater Kruger region. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident front-of-house leader with a passion for guest service and operational excellence in a high-end lodge environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, including reservations and guest relations
- Ensure exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities
- Lead and motivate the reception team to deliver luxury service standards
- Maintain accurate records and report to management as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in front office or reception management within a luxury lodge or 5-star hotel
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven knowledge of front office operations, reservations, and guest relations
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience. Live-in position.
