• A master’s degree in Agribusiness Development,/ Agriculture or related
• Additional professional certifications or specialized training in market development, financial services for agribusiness, policy analysis, or agricultural trade will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing business solutions, financial instruments, or policy interventions that support agribusiness growth.
• Strong Business Development skills

• Well-developed and effective organizational skills, including to ability to multi-task, and work in a high-pressured environment.
