About the Role
Scholtz Partners International is seeking highly motivated and organized Recruitment Admin Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Admin Consultant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruitment team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email communications and correspondence with clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure timely payment of commissions
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field (advantageous)
- 1 year of administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Canva experience (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (Matric or equivalent is not acceptable)
