This role calls for a passionate hospitality professional with exceptional attention to detail, a strong eye for property aesthetics, and a deep commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, guiding and mentoring diverse teams to deliver world-class service across multiple properties. Requirements Proven senior management experience in luxury or safari lodge operations. Strong track record in training, coaching, and leadership development within the hospitality sector Design and implement structured training and mentorship programs for lodge and camp managers throughout the region. Coach front-of-house and service teams to consistently deliver refined, guest-centric experiences. Standardize front-of-house procedures to ensure consistency across all locations. Mentor lodge and camp leaders to inspire, guide, and motivate their teams towards service excellence. Track and evaluate KPIs across all properties to ensure measurable improvement in guest satisfaction, service delivery, and team performance. Excellent communication in English; Swahili an added advantage. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between bush-based properties. ?????? To be discussed ?????? ????
