About the Role
HotelJobs is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Hospitality Training & Development Manager to drive service excellence and operational consistency across a collection of high-end lodges and mid-range safari camps in East Africa. The role calls for a passionate hospitality professional with exceptional attention to detail, a strong eye for property aesthetics, and a deep commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement structured training and mentorship programs for lodge and camp managers throughout the region.
- Coach front-of-house and service teams to consistently deliver refined, guest-centric experiences.
- Standardize front-of-house procedures to ensure consistency across all locations.
- Mentor lodge and camp leaders to inspire, guide, and motivate their teams towards service excellence.
- Track and evaluate KPIs across all properties to ensure measurable improvement in guest satisfaction, service delivery, and team performance.
Requirements
- Proven senior management experience in luxury or safari lodge operations.
- Strong track record in training, coaching, and leadership development within the hospitality sector.
