Responsibilities:
Identifies local market trends and growth opportunities. Evaluates market potential, competitiveness, and growth opportunities Defines product group strategy aligned with the business unit strategy Conducts market and competition analysis Selects and evolves the product portfolio to meet regional market needs Has technical product expertise from raw materials to processing Develops the plant`s product portfolio in alignment with global strategy Drives innovation and product pipeline in collaboration with R&D Manages the regional assortment of the product category Collaborates with global product managers on regional business development Supports execution of regional product management plans Creates business development opportunities and reflects them in the portfolio Monitors revenue development and sales activities Defines success metrics and analyses customer feedback Drives innovation projects to commercialization Collaborates with sales, pricing, and R&D teams on pricing, portfolio, and supply chain Supports the sales team with product and market knowledge Actively steers margin structure by product group PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
