This is a live-in position with a competitive, negotiable salary a dream opportunity for a wine professional to combine expertise with Africas most iconic wilderness. ??</p><p>This role is all about delivering exceptional, bespoke wine experiences while ensuring the lodge wine programme reflects Singitas world-class standards.</p><p>What youll be doing:</p><p>? Hosting wine tastings & pairing wines with menus tailored to guest preferences</p><p>? Providing expert recommendations for international, local and premium wines</p><p>? Overseeing cellar stock control, transfers and replenishments</p><p>? Handling invoicing, reporting & administration with precision</p><p>? Training, mentoring and developing lodge teams in wine knowledge</p><p>? Collaborating with lodge management & the Singita Premium Wine Department to deliver a seamless guest experience</p><p>What were looking for:</p><p> Formal Sommelier qualification (Cape Wine Diploma / WSET Level 3+ preferred)</p><p> Proven experience in fine wine service & guest interaction</p><p> Strong knowledge of international and South African wines</p><p> Organised with excellent administration & reporting skills</p><p> Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented</p><p> Strong leadership & training abilities</p><p> Physically fit, resilient, and willing to work in a remote lodge environment</p><p> Valid drivers licence & own transport</p><p>Package:</p><p>?
