About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Egg Packaging Supervisor to join our team in Angola, responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure alignment with company goals and performance standards
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies in Angola
