Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders with precision. Check and manage stock levels to ensure timely fulfilment. Prepare and communicate accurate quotations to customers. Process invoices efficiently and accurately. Monitor and manage customer forecasts. Assist with resolving customer queries and requests promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Adhere to quality and productivity standards to drive success.
Requirements:
Minimum Matric qualification with Mathematics. 1 – 3 years of experience in sales administration. Proactive in contacting customers to secure orders. Strong selling and negotiation skills. Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; Afrikaans is a plus. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience with Sage X3 is advantageous. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A pleasant personality with a positive attitude. Salary Very attractive
