South Africa: Sales Co-Ordinator – Cato Ridge

Minimum Requirements : Grade 12 (Matric) essential. 12 years experience in a Sales Co-ordination / Order Processing / Sales Administration role. Proficient in Syspro (or similar ERP system) Advantages Strong Excel skills able to capture, track, and analyse data effectively. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines Key Responsibilities: Capture and process customer orders accurately and timeously on Syspro . Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules. Monitor and track sales orders from entry through to delivery. Analyse sales data and identify trends or irregularities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, pricing, and customer details. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer queries. Ensure all documentation, invoicing, and order details meet company standards. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient order flow.
