Job Description
Develop and manage client relationships
Convert enquires into bookings
Promote properties
Achieve sales targets through calls & sales trips
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, including corporate, leisure, and specialized travel groups.
Driving sales by identifying new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Developing customized proposals, negotiating rates, and finalizing contracts for group bookings.
Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client information, and pipeline management in a CRM system.
Working with reservations, operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Requirements:
High school Diploma
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales or Hospitality
At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar position within the lodge / hotel industry
