About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join the team at a prestigious 5-star luxury boutique hotel in Manama, Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a creative, guest-focused environment where you will play a key role in driving revenue and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Bahrain market
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are an advantage

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications not specified

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary: 1100 – 1230 BHD
  • Service charge: ~50 BHD
  • Yearly bonus: ~500 BHD
  • Annual flight ticket
  • Medical insurance
  • 5-day work week (2 days off)
