About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join the team at a prestigious 5-star luxury boutique hotel in Manama, Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a creative, guest-focused environment where you will play a key role in driving revenue and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Bahrain market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Arabic-speaking candidates are an advantage

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: 1100 – 1230 BHD
- Service charge: ~50 BHD
- Yearly bonus: ~500 BHD
- Annual flight ticket

- 5-day work week (2 days off)
