We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong C# and .NET expertise to help architect, build and enhance enterprise-grade systems that power some of the world’s most innovative financial services platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with international clients, operate within UK time zones, and join a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to delivering scalable, high-performance backend solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architecting and developing robust backend systems using C# and .NET Core
• Designing, implementing and maintaining clean, efficient and secure RESTful APIs
• Building and optimising complex data interactions with SQL Server
• Collaborating with frontend and UI/UX teams (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) to ensure seamless system integration
• Supporting and contributing to cloud-based deployments (Azure, AWS or similar)
• Leading by example by mentoring junior developers and championing engineering best practices
• Communicating effectively with global stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

What We’re Looking For

Core Technical Strengths

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core and REST API development
• Proficiency with SQL Server and efficient data modelling
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and JavaScript fundamentals
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (certification is a plus)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience is beneficial
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
