Senior Camp Manager (FTC) Luxury Private Game Reserve | Sabi Sands Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Camp Manager on a fixed-term contract for a luxury private game reserve in Sabi Sands. This live-in role offers the opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth running of all departments. Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within luxury safari or lodge operations Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Experience in financial and operational management Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure Hospitality-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily camp operations, ensuring high standards of guest service and operational efficiency Lead, motivate, and manage the camp team to achieve performance and service objectives Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and provide accurate financial reporting Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Handle guest feedback and resolve operational challenges promptly Support recruitment, training, and development of camp staff Foster a positive team culture aligned with the reserves vision and values Package: Salary: R25,000 CTC per month (Negotiable, dependent on experience) Accommodation: Live-in provided Opportunity to work in a world-class luxury private game reserve environment To apply for the Senior Camp Manager position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted.
