This luxury country boutique hotel and restaurant in the Breede River offers a tranquil retreat and hide-away for guests as well as a popular estate 80 seater restaurant on the same property that is open to the public for daily a la carte Breakfast and Lunch as well as mid-morning and afternoon Bistro Restaurant service. We are in need of a strong SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE who is able to multi-task within this VERY BUSY team and take on production duties for hot and cold production for this all-day dining restaurant. REQUIREEMENTS: Recognised Cheffing Qualification Minimum 3 year experience within 5* restaurant or hotel operations.
