? Senior Guide / Maintenance Luxury Lodge, Greater Kruger ? Kendrick Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Guide / Maintenance Manager to join a luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger area. This is a live-in role for someone who loves the bush, wildlife, and managing a small team on-site. What youll be doing: Leading and managing groundsmen/gardeners, ensuring smooth daily operations Guiding guests on safari drives, guided walks, and bush experiences Sharing your bush knowledge with storytelling flair, engaging adults and kids alike Ensuring maintenance tasks are completed efficiently across the property Who theyre looking for: Senior Field Guide: NQF4 qualification, 5+ years experience in a Big 5 area Broad knowledge of the bush and wildlife, with guided walk experience Excellent communication and storytelling skills Own rifle essential Strong leadership skills to manage and direct grounds/maintenance staff Perks & Benefits: Salary: R15,000 negotiable + R750 food allowance Live-in accommodation and uniforms provided Work cycle: 3 weeks on, 1 week off become part of a team where every day is an adventure ??
