Job Summary
SENIOR SPA THERAPIST – Skin & Body confident
BAHRAIN – Kingdom of Bahrain (KOB)
Starting Date: A.S.A.P / Visa Pending
Reports to: Spa Director
Contract Period: 2 Years (with annual leave)
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday – Sunday (shifts)
- 8-hour standard shift per day
- 30 days annual paid leave (after 1 year completed service)
REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- USD 1,700 Cost To Company
- Treatment Commission (target based)
- Retail Commission earned (target based)
- Single, private room (in shared company accommodation)
- Company transport (from accommodation to work & back)
- Recruitment Flight join & end of contract
- Visa
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Internationally accredited qualification in Somatology / Cosmetology / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Spa Therapy
- CIDESCO qualified preferred
- ITEC / CIBTAC / BABTAC / City & Guilds or similar accredited (international) – BONUS
- Valid Passport for traveling
EXPERIENCE:
- Cruise Ship or other international employment experience beneficial
- At least 3+ years industry experience of which at least 1 year must be in a supervisory role as assistant manager or Head Therapist
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Knowledge of all trending spa services including Hydra Facial & LPG
- Beauty & Skin Care (Facials, Skin Care & Beauty, Waxing)
- Aesthetics (Peels, Hydra Facial, Microdermabrasion)
- Body Sculpting (Slimming, Body Wraps, LPG etc.)
- Massage Therapy (Deep Tissue, Lymph Drainage etc.)
- BONUS: Brow Lamination, Lash Lift, Threading
