About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting, as well as driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions
  • Design and implement data engineering and management solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-jurisdictional teams to ensure seamless data exchange
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing data processes and propose or implement improvements independently
  • Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data analytics and engineering
  • Document methodologies, code, and analytical logic to enable knowledge transfer and repeatability
  • Mentor junior analysts where applicable and contribute to a culture of data literacy across the organisation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 36 years of demonstrated experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role
  • Proven track record delivering analysis and reporting within multi-project or fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with both structured databases and unstructured data sources
