Job Description
- A Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience as a Project Manager, of which three years should be within advanced technical sectors, such as defense/security/R&D.
- A post-graduate qualification or certification in project/technology/engineering management (e.g. PRINCE2/PMP) is mandatory.
- Experience and/or knowledge of software/systems engineering, information security or cybersecurity
- A proven track record in managing and delivering projects within highly regulated environments (e.g. public sector).
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder dynamics and multidisciplinary projects.
- Sound experience in managing a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
- Demonstrate systematic and structured approach to project management.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the day-to-day operations of a project.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Analytical thinking for complex problem resolution.
