Collaborating with the Executive Chef, you’ll oversee staff training and motivation to deliver top-tier service. With a commitment to excellence, you’ll craft daily culinary creations while maintaining cost controls, trend-setting menus, and upholding high standards. Accountable Duties: Collaborate with the Junior Sous Chef and, in the absence of the Executive Chef, plan rotas for optimal coverage and operational efficiency. Uphold a culture of quality, delivering exceptional food experiences across all areas. Elevate room service to unparalleled levels of quality and service.
